Isumu was a dog who had never experienced love. He had been abandoned near a shelter, left to fend for himself on the side of the road. He bore the scars and wounds of his past, with shackles around his neck and long, painful nails. His body was ravaged by injuries and he carried the scent of decay.
Despite all the suffering, Isumu's eyes still held a spark of life, and he had the potential to experience fear, humility, and hope. He prayed for someone to come to his aid and save him from his anguish.
Fortunately, a volunteer found Isumu near the shelter and brought him to safety. At the shelter, he received much-needed medical care and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Isumu was washed and cleansed of his wounds. He was given food and drink, and for the first time in a long while, he felt cared for and loved.
Day by day, Isumu began to recover. His wounds started to heal, and his fur began to grow back. He no longer smelled like rotting flesh, and his eyes radiated delight and contentment.
On day 80, a loving family arrived at the shelter looking to adopt a dog. When they saw Isumu, they immediately fell in love with him. They could sense the power and perseverance hidden beneath his tough exterior, and they knew he was the dog for them. Isumu's new family took him home, where he was showered with love and devotion.
He no longer had to suffer in silence or hope for someone to save him. He finally had a home and a family who loved him unconditionally.
