Bayern Munich inquires about purchasing Harry Kane for the third time at £100 million.

Tottenham is preparing to receive an extraordinary offer from Bayern Munich as the German champions continue their pursuit of England national team captain, Harry Kane.

Bayern has already seen their initial offers rejected by Tottenham, but they remain confident in reaching an agreement this summer. While Tottenham is trying to keep Kane at the club in the near future, the 29-year-old player is reportedly open to a move to Germany.

According to Football Insider, Bayern will return with "a more enticing bid," surpassing the record transfer fee Tottenham received from Real Madrid for Gareth Bale (£85 million) in 2013.

Losing Kane would undoubtedly be a significant blow to Tottenham, but they are facing a difficult situation as his contract is set to expire next summer. The 29-year-old forward scored 30 goals in the Premier League last season and remains one of Europe's top goal scorers, despite Tottenham's lack of stability in their performances.

New manager Ange Postecoglou recently discussed Kane's future, hoping to find a solution soon: "I think, for all parties, we don't want to be dragging it out. It's not good for anyone. It's not good for Harry, it's not good for the football club. But I also don't want to set deadlines or anything like that because that's just putting more pressure on everyone."

"The reality is, he's still a Tottenham player with a year left on his contract. So I'm not comfortable, obviously, but that's the situation. He's not the only one in that situation; there are players at every club with one year left on their contract. So, for me, it's not something that I'm going to put a lot of focus on," Postecoglou asserted.
