I’ll never forget the first time I visited one in Philly during my college days. Mind you, I grew up on a tiny Pacific island where we have one season (it’s called “hot”…lol) and a vastly different collection of flora. So you can imagine my astonishment at the thousands upon thousands of vibrant flower blooms. Azaleas of all different shades and hues exploding before my eyes like a celestial supernova. It’s a memory I will always cherish and I highly recommend a visit if you’ve never been.
