In Brazil, a homeless man by the name of Cesar became ill and was admitted to the Hospital Regional Alto Vale in Rio do Sul, where he received the treatment he needed. Despite being identified as someone who had nobody, a nurse named Cris Mamprim saw something outside the hospital that made her think twice. A group of dogs were waiting at the hospital doors for their owner and friend to come out, and they refused to leave without him. On a December 9th morning in 2018, Cesar made his way to the hospital. It wasn’t until after he arrived that people noticed he had a group of four furry friends waiting for him outside who had accompanied him on his journey.

A nurse from a hospital recently shared a touching post on Facebook about an encounter she had with a man who showed a simple act of kindness that touched her heart. According to her post, the man came to the hospital where she works early in the morning and was short with the staff. However, despite his initial attitude, he later returned with bags of pastries for the nurses as a gesture of appreciation. A humble individual, living a simple life without any extravagance, and relying on assistance to combat hunger, cold, pain, and the other misfortunes of this world, is accompanied by the most remarkable companions who offer a mutually beneficial exchange. Cesar, who was inquired about his faithful dogs, expressed his profound love for them. He often went without food, providing it to his dogs instead. His furry pals were always well-fed and taken care of, and seeing them eagerly awaiting him at the doorstep proved how much they were cherished and adored.

Moved by the adorable dogs and their concern for their owner, the hospital took them in when Cesar was undergoing treatment. After his recovery, he was given some food, but he consumed only a small portion of it, saving the majority of it for his beloved companions.

The nurse disclosed, “I am unaware of the kind of life he leads since he is homeless, and I have no intention of being judgmental. However, his reverence and affection towards the patients waiting at the door exhibit how they are cherished and taken care of. It would be wonderful if everyone could emulate his behavior and there was no wickedness or abuse.” My eyes are not wet; something may have gotten into them.
