Our dogs have pure hearts. They know how to turn this world into a better place with love and kindness. They’re born little angels that God gives us. Your life will totally change when getting them at home. You teach these furry friends a lot of things and also learn a lot from them.
Serenity, the stray dog in this story is the guardian angel of five poor abandoned kittens. The kind-hearted dog was found curling around these kittens to keep them warm when it’s freezing outside. And this successfully saved the life of the little black cats and attracted good people to come to help them.
The dog spotted five abandoned kittens next to a road in Chatham-Kent. She didn’t mind to shield them from the winter cold. Even though he got cold, he still wanted to care for poor small animals.
The six are now staying at the Pet and Wildlife Rescue (P.A.W.) shelter in Ontario, Canada. A Good Samaritan had noticed the gang and contacted the shelter. They were all safe now and Serenity continued caring for her “babies”.
The temperature that night was reported a chilly -2 degrees Celsius and a P.A.W. employee told CTVNews.ca that the kittens would likely not have been noticed if not for Serenity.
A small caring action coming at the right time can save one’s life. Serenity’s action is worth praising. She gave her and the kittens a second chance for a happy life.
The black kittens were later brought to a foster family until they were old enough to go up for adoption. They also found their family.
Serenity is estimated to be around 2 years old. The young dog is playful and friendly. She got adopted just a few weeks after her rescue. Hope to hear more good news from the good girl!
