Toyota’s famous pick-up has become an off-road caravan with everything you need to go on an adventure with it and sleep inside.

And it is that this company based in Wisentheid, Bavaria, presents an interesting camper pack for the different bodies of the Hilux with which to even obtain a vehicle capable of accommodating and giving a bed to a maximum of five people , also depending of course on the type of body – double cab, extended cab or single cab – that has the Hilux in question. It achieves this thanks to a module that with a very modular and military format, without frills or decorations, allows to house beds, a kitchen area and sink, drawers and cabinets and areas to house other accessories. There’s even a portable toilet. Along with all this, a tent can be added in the roof area in which to accommodate an additional bed and reach the maximum declared capacity.

But along with all this interior space, as we say, there is also an improved off-road set-up with which to take all this bunker to the most remote places. For this, it has a suspension lift kit that allows gaining about 50 mm of ground clearance, a reinforced chassis to withstand uneven terrain, ARB bumper with integrated winch and suitable footwear with General Grebber tires measuring 265/ 70 R17 -these are the three characteristics of a tire for a camper -. Also despite all these additions the folks at BushCamper have managed to keep the total weight of the set to less than 3.5 tons .
