A woman wanted to share the remarkable attachment that exists between her dog and a young lamb that was reportedly discarded by its mother on social media. The woman posted a video of her golden retriever, Lily, carefully caring for Benny, the cute lamb.
Lily is the mother of two dogs named Boris and Darcy, but she decided to take in the vulnerable lamb when she noticed that his mother was unable to care for him, NewsWeek writes.
Benny’s mother produced triplets, but she only cared for two of them, according to reports.
The woman wrote in a TikTok post:
«You are not necessarily born into a family. Benny will always be loved by Lily as if he were her own child. Lily, Benny’s mother, will always be loved by him. You’ll never have to deal with loneliness or rejection again.
The family lives on a farm, and Benny’s human mother frequently shares lovely videos of Benny’s growth with his dog family, as well as the other sheep.
